Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than defects upon delivery.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery at hello@ogdendefense.com. We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a defective item return:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase and photos of the defect are required
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the defect is confirmed
Ogden Defense Co. reserves the right to deny refund requests if the product has been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to states, counties, or cities where our products may be restricted or prohibited by law.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of firearm-related accessories. Orders placed from restricted areas will be canceled and refunded, minus any applicable processing fees.
